Regional Industry Leaders to Speak at GASEX 2008 Conference

GASEX 2008 scheduled to take place from 12-15 November 2008 at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Vietnam features leading industry players from the region. Petrovietnam plays host to this tenth offering of the bienniel GASEX conference and exhibition.

Tan Sri Dato Sri Mohd Hassan Marican, President and Chief Executive of PETRONAS as well as Mr. Akio Nomura, Chairman of the Japan Gas Association and Chairman of Osaka Gas have confirmed their participation as Keynote Speakers at GASEX 2008. Other key industry and government leaders have also been invited to speak at the conference.

GASEX, the Western Pacific's official platform for the gas industry, is the premier regional forum for information exchange on a wide-range of issues including current economic situations for GASEX member economies, regional gas supply and demand, gas application and utilization, regional integration, technological innovations, and others.
