The National Convention Center (NCC) is the largest convention Center in Vietnam and has been designed to cater for all events from the smallest committee meeting to the largest conference and exhibition. Its stylized building symbolizes the traditions of Vietnamese people. Covering an area of 64,000m², the centre boasts the largest conference hall, seating up to 3,800 people, 30 meeting rooms of various sizes and underground parking for 700 cars. Its main opening event is the annual APEC CEO Summit which Vietnam hosted in November 2006.

The NCC is Vietnam’s first ever architecture to harness the sun’s energy for back-up power. Equipped with the latest convention facilities and technology, the NCC makes an ideal venue for the 2008 GASEX conference.

Conference Language
English is the official conference language. Simultaneous interpretation to one or two other languages will be provided.

Coffee Breaks
Coffee breaks will be served in various stations around the Exhibition Area from 10.00-10.30 AM and 3.00-3.30 PM every day.

Lunch Breaks
Buffet lunch will be served from 12.00-1.30 PM daily at designated luncheon areas.

Exhibition
The Exhibition is located on the ground and 3rd floors of the NCC and is open from 10.00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

Dress Code
Business attire is the dress code for the entire conference and exhibition.

Hotels

Shuttle Services
Daily shuttle services to and from the venue will be provided to all delegates staying at official congress hotels only. Service hours will be published onsite.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the conference rooms and exhibition areas. Designated smoking areas outside the NCC will be provided.

Disclaimer
