Cancellations and Refund Policies:
     Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
     Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is
       submitted to the Conference Secretariat by 12 October, 2008
     Refund of Registration Fee less the deduction of an administrative fee of 10% per person will
       be levied for written requests for cancellation received as follow:
            By       12 September, 2008     Full refund of Registration Fee less 10
            By       12 October, 2008           50% refund of Registration Fee
            After    12 October, 2008           No refund of Registration fee
